We offer a range of First Aid courses at conveniently based locations.

If you have a group of eight or more that needs training then these courses can also be delivered at a location of your choice - either your workplace or a venue you have arranged.

Our tutors are all NUCO qualified and provide NUCO accredited courses. NUCO is the largest independent provider for first aid teaching in the UK and has an established reputation for quality. 

This is a three day course aimed at those who work in high hazard environment and for those in organisations with employees whose disabilities or medical conditions put them at additional risk.

The course gives the first aiders the skills and confidence to respond appropriately to a wide variety of accidents and first aid emergencies.

Successful completion of the course qualifies for a first aid at work certificate which is then valid for three years.

This is a two day course aimed to refresh and improve the knowledge and skills of those that have previously successfully completed the First Aid at Work course

HSE currently recommends that the First Aid at Work course should be followed by a refresher every three years.

On completing the refresher course each learner will receives a first aid at work certificate which is valid for a further three years.

This is a one day course for those who work in  a low hazard environment such as a shop or an office.

It gives the first aider the basic skills and confidence to respond to a range of accidents and first aid emergencies in the workplace. 

On completing the course each learner receives an emergency first aid at work certificate which is valid for three years.

This is a nice, basic introduction to first aid and defibrillation, aimed at 8 to 11 year olds, but it can suit children of any age.

The course requires approximately three hours, which can be spread over two weeks.

A certificate of attendance is included with the Mini Medic book for each child.
